I really look forward to seeing this one but at the same time I dread it. I am only 8 days into my one watch for a year stint and if I were to add one I’d be screwed.
I was going to be one of the first to buy this watch at my AD, but they told me that this watch is unable to be polished. It is also a scratch magnet because it’s Grade 2 instead of Grade 5, so it’s a tad softer than steel. I decided to pass on it, even though it fits me perfectly being a member of the itty-bitty wrist committee. ☹️
Definitely pros and cons to each material. Being a brushed finish it’s not something you would polish anyway, plus the brushing hides scratces better. But if it’s not for you, it’s not. Lots of great watches out there, the hunt is half the fun. Happy hunting my friend!
I’m a professional/corporate chef for a small but growing company. I’ve been interested in watches for most of my life, but only truly gone down the rabbit hole the past several years.

I understand, it‘s going to be a year or more before I can buy another watch. Probably a good cooling off period. 😂
