Protecting yourself when buying from online retailers? (Watchingo question)

I am in the market for a Longines and came across one on the site Watchingo.com. The watch is on their site and on their ebay page, but a little cheaper on their site. Their ebay feedback is pretty good, having been on the site for 10 years with 99.2% positive reviews.

My question is, if I buy from their site, what is the best way to protect myself as a buyer in the event that the watch isn't as described (i.e. condition, authenticity...etc)? Does paying with a credit card through paypal still protect buyers? It used to be that you had multiple levels of protection, first the paypal dispute, and second the credit card dispute.
