Arnold & Son make only a few hundred watches each year so your lucky to even have the opportunity. They are highly respected for quality and reliability. Like any mechanical watch, at some point it will need service and it won't be cheap.
I love this brand. Their Golden Wheel is a grail for me. They've been on fire lately. The OP's watch of question is very nice
