The bracelet is stainless steel and the bezel is confirmed tungsten. As for the body/head of the watch I’ve read conflicting reports — my body is scratch free and shiny like tungsten (so, I’m leaning tungsten). The weight is not bad… i’ve owned tungsten watches before and they were really heavy because the cases were really big and thick. This Grand Seiko is Grand Seiko. The size is rather dainty and thin so the weight really isn’t that noticeable.
