So confused about this watch , it is exactly like mine 1968 , but mine doesn't say chronometer, was it just a different mechanism? Never been serviced . I only use it a couple times a year , i wind it , don't know if i should ? Works for the night. Can someone explain how to put múltiple pics in these posts, thanks.

You have to post and then edit the post to add additional pictures. Best to add a line before/after the initial pic to make it easier to add more.
