State Of The Collection (Thanks Dad!)
I put all my watches together and its a mishmash as you can see. Bottom right two in the watch box are from my Dad. He promised me them in his will, the following year he just gave them to me. FYI he is 100 years young this June. This is actually how I got into watches just with those two he gave me. Thanks Dad!

Thanks! I originally bought Hal as a kit, but it wasn't especially good, so I built my own one, the frame is aluminium, the lens is glass, face plate is wood I think the grill and outer lens ring are the only piece from the kit I used. I also built a charging dock/watches hanger/night stand which Hal keeps a watchful eye over, Oh, and yes, he does talk. ;)

Wow, that is an incredible work you did there, your own Hal! I love 2001, one of my favorite movies if not my most favorite, it is a master piece for a reason!
