How can you read the time if it's upside down?
Oh, you mean the bezel?!? I didn't know you could rotate the bezel on that piece...
Or do you mean so its on the 'underneath' of your wrist? I've see some do that... Interesting...

It’s around 250/hr in SoCal The benefit is that you can kind of do it at your own pace
