Pins and tubes for Sealander c63 bracelet
Hi Gang,
I'm in need of some help. I'm trying to size a bracelet for a CW sealander c63 and the extra links that came with the watch had all the tubes but was missing one pin (have the tube though!). Does anyone know where I could find a replacement pin (I emailed CW support about sourcing a pin but they haven't answered in about a week). I got a set of pins and tubes off amazon but they are 0.9mm and seem to be too thin in diameter for the bracelet hole. Is it possible CW has custom pins and tubes? Does anyone know where I can get 1mm diameter pin and tube sets that work in CW bracelets?

Still no joy finding the right pins and tubes (that I can source in Canada 😉 ). Any help or ideas is appreciated!
CW has been very slow responding, but I suspect they will get back to you (eventually) and help out. They did with a small, minor issue I had with a bracelet recently. It just took longer than I'd have hoped.

Thanks for that, they did reply letting me know i was being referred to a different department, so I guess its like a week between replies as ETA. I wonder why its so slow?

I think they're just swamped. I had an issue with bracelet parts, and they're just shipping me replacements no questions asked - so I suspect you'll be happy in the end, but it did take a bit.
