Bday gift, watch winder
I got a watch winder for my bday, love it!
I like that I have a place to store my watch now, and a way to keep particular watch charge.
The watch winder got couple of option for rotation like clockwise and/or counter clockwise, mostly 2 mins run and stop for 6 mins and repeat. One different mode is that it can run or 3 hours and then stop for 9 hours. I will likely use this mode with a mix of smart outlet to do schedule to run like an hour once a day, so the motor less likely to burn out and less winding on the watch.

Newbie, I got the watch bug xD …trying to be good and not trying to buy every affordable watch I like and save for a good one, like a grand Seiko, Omega, or Tudor…most likely a grand Seiko with spring...

Still running strong? I just put a smart outlet to do a schedule so it doesn’t run too much. Like an hour a day…not sure if that’s enough to top off at the moment.

Yeah I thought about that too, currently I’m still wearing my automatic, they get enough wear time so I left them on the winder. Maybe just take my vintage one off of it. Scare of it might wearing it down more.
