I’m a big old 7.5” wrist. I think of my lower limit in size as like 39mm.
I’m 6.75, even if though I’m not a small guy (6’, 190lb, 20% fat). I think 40mm is perfect for me, and then I can go 2mm either way. I wonder as watches get smaller if we’ll look back someday at everything over 40mm like today we look at lapels over 3”.
