One of my favorite daily wear watches for over a year now since I purchased it online. The heavy, durable steel construction with an automatic movement makes this watch great for all occasions except maybe formal as it's a bit bulky to slip under a cuff.
I've worn it to work, swimming, hiking, and all kinds of other things; it's weathered them all in stride with nary a problem.
I love the screws for the links and the double locking clasp. Great lumen visibility at night on the easily readable face with 3 o'clock date window. The weight it a little much at first but I feel naked at times when wearing a lighter one now after getting used to it.
Nice to also know I won't be seeing my watch on a lot of other people's wrists as it's limited to only 500 of it's model.
This baby will dive deeper in the water than I ever plan to go (200M) but at least if I fall off the local dock at least I know my watch is safe if I have this one on me at the time.
RRP is just a touch over $3000 on the Gevril website but it can be bought new on Amazon and other places for a bit cheaper. I happen to know they can also be acquired through Watch Gang as well if you happen to be a member there. That's where I got mine on a $75 Wheel of Watches spin. I sure can't beat the price for what I got on my spin, was the slot just under the Rolex.
I am couple years now into collecting watches with a relatively small collection and this is definitely a favorite so far. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone interested in buying it especially if they can manage it like I did.

Hi, how do you feel about this watch 7 months on? I have an opportunity to get one for £218 brand new.
Love mine too #gevril
Nice review. Would love to see a picture of it on your wrist!
I have a 18k gold IP Gevril Hudson Yards I picked up for $538. It runs +1.9 seconds a day with the sellita automatic it's has. I couldn't find a beater for this price and it's running better than a master chronometer. I would just recommend trying it before you buy it.... I haven't seen enough of them to know if I just got lucky with the quality of my Gevril
