Inherited watch

This has been untouched at least since my late uncle had major stroke (he passed away 2 years ago). What I know only is it's probably ETA, screw-down and quite small (probably 38 mm and 18).

Anyone can give me info about this thing would be very appreciated.

True, but he was Naval Captain not Air Force haha and my cousin (his daughter) bought it for him. My fractured memories kinda remember that he was wearing Seiko Kinetic before this one.
