eBay uses reputable companies to check authenticity. Really good fakes have slipped through in the past but I haven’t heard about any recently.
If you want to be 100%, find someone local you trust. Dont break the authenticity seal and bring it to them and video them breaking the seal and inspecting the watch.
I purchased recently, and it was a very good experience. No issues.
Buy the seller and if it goes to a 3rd party authentication process you are fine

Bought 2 Rolex and an Omega through them, it’s a great system, they not only authenticate but check for any damage or defects, if any are found you are immediately refunded
