Best pick for Integrated Sports Watch

Watch Crunch team,

What do you think is the better integrated bracelet sports watch for an addition to the collection?

I would like to add one of these to my growing collection. Which is best?

I have been checking both of these watches out on the internet and in magazines for months, no years, now. I love things about each of them.

Today at lunch I got to see them side-by-side for the first time. I think the GP’s dial and handset is on another level of execution brilliance. While, the Zenith and the aggressive tapper of the bracelet sits so comfortably on wrist and comes with the strap change system for a rubber strap in the summer heat months of New York.

Thoughts are welcome here. I need some help and advice.

The only thing putting me off is the ugly GP at 12.

Tough one, as both are stunning. But the small seconds on the Zenith wins me over

I’m also personally persuaded by Zenith’s offering being $5k USD less expensive at the AD. There is about a $3k USD delta on Chrono24.

Between the two I would say the Laureato because if I’m buying a zenith with an integrated bracelet, I would pick up the defy classic semi skeleton for sun 10k. That’s my personal opinion. Are you also considering other brands/models like Moser streamlined or PF Tonda? I know it’s a bit more than the Laureato.

Yes I’m also considering the PF Tonda, but I feel that gives a more “dressy” vibe and I have plenty of dress watches. This is an attempt to capture a sporty look for weekends and holidays.

I had the opportunity to try some PF at watch show this summer and at the msrp price I think the Tonda PF micro-rotor steel platinum is close to perfect after putting it on my wrist. They did a good job with the mixed polished and brushed link. The polished lugs does give off a dressy feel. If only they could remove the date like the 36mm model, but this model isn’t micro rotor and it does have baguette diamonds on the hour mark.
