Looks like a Seiko Kinetic SQ series without the fancy bezel. You can recognize them by that marker above your 6 o'clock. Is it two toned? I can't remember if Seiko released an all stainless steel for this model.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It's not two toned. And amazingly, there hasn't been any fading of the gold plating. Definitely a well built watch with good QC. And the second hand hits the indices perfectly, which is a real problem nowadays with Seiko.
