Back in 1985 I got this Swatch in an Easter basket and immediately hated it. I was jealous of my older brothers gift of an all see through Swatch jellyfish. It was bigger, I could see the movement and I remember thinking it had boy colors. My wrist was so small that my dad had to poke a new hole in the band above the tightest one. Now I’m happy to recapture that feeling of being a youngster and I’ll wear it on the opposite wrist along with my usual watches (on the largest strap hole)

I love hunting for my old watches I gave away or lost in the past. That to me is what a grail hunt or mission is all about. Enjoy the watch, and thx for the great story!
The Swatches from that decade were phenomenal! I see you are wearing it on the underside of your wrist too - you were stylin' in your youth! 😊
Your post brings back so many fond memories of my own Swatches so long ago, thanks for sharing!
