It's a great watch. But if you fell out of love with it and it doesn't get wrist time anymore, then it's probably best to sell it for someone else to properly enjoy it and for you to fund another purchase.

The question is, do you own a similar watch currently that might prevent you to return to this one? If you will return to it, then don't sell it.
If you want to change it to automatic, then that is a bad reason for selling.
If you don't like they way it looks/feels - of course sell it.
