In my mind there’s no difference between a fake and a homage other than the logo and you need to be close to see a logo anyway. BUT THAT’S NOT WHAT THIS ABOUT. I good friend of mine who’s the one that really got me into collecting has lots of non-fakes, Omega, Rolex, Patek, Grand Seiko, BB58, Royal Oak, and more. He got the bug to buy some fakes while he awaits his Daytona so I said, sure get me an AirKing. So eventually they show up, some okay, some not bad and this, not the AirKing I asked for. The site says free returns, 5 year warranty, great customer service and more. Okay, so we said this isn’t the right watch and they looked at the order and agreed. Then said no worries, we don’t actually have that one so I said send me an Explorer (I like Aribic numerals, what can I say). Okay, on its way, 4 weeks ago. When I checked they gave me some BullS&%$ story about no records even though I sent them the whole email chain, then guess what? You got it, crickets. Do Not buy anything from these liars! What started out as a cheap fun experiment ended up being a rip off. And this watch is crap but I didn’t expect much anyway so that’s not the issue, it’s the lying.
