WOTD Eterna Matic Sevenday circa 1970
Today I’m wearing my Eterna Matic. It’s a 36mm but wears much larger due to its shape but it’s such a great watch imo. This one has the original box and papers- they were never filled out because it was an NOS watch my dad found in an old jewelry shop in the 90s. It’s been worn more by me now than my dad ever did. I really love this watch and that’s coming from a guy that once said gold watches were tacky and would never wear one 🤣
Btw, do any of you know how to clean the tarnished part? This is a gold plated watch with 20 microns so it’s a pretty solid application of gold. I’ve tried using warm water and dish soap with no phosphates but didn’t really help much.
