Tonneau case: Yay or Nay?

According to my research, the tonneau case shape was first created by Louis Cartier in 1906 and quickly became a status symbol. I love it for two reasons: its distinctive look and its comfort on my wrist. Do you share my appreciation for tonneau cases? Why or why not?
