I assume you sent it direct to Omega, due to the coaxial movement? Was it under warranty? Sorry for all the questions. Anyway, not too bad considering if you get it serviced every 10 years, that’s only $75 per year cost of ownership. My dad was complaining about the cost of servicing his Rolex, about $500 if I recall (this was several years ago). I said that’s not too bad, considering the value of the watch and how often you get it serviced, about every 7 years.
Were they able to solve the issue? I have a couple of pieces that i can hear the rotor if i really listen..I did send in my white SMP for warranty because the date was not changing.I have never had any other issues...Enjoy the hobby..👍

It still makes noise but not like before. It was like a grinding noise. It's much more faint now

Yes this one was under warranty but the AD I took it too told me servicing is $750 which usually covers most but it can go up from there. I just had to pay $54 for the shipping
