The squale is an excellent watch, and squale also for what I know has a rich history when it comes dive watches.
You could always get this in the future, I don't think they are going to make this a limited edition run, I think it's their best selling model.

Maybe, maybe not. I try to have a long-term view of my watch collection and I don’t want to go over a certain size. To keep the size manageable, I have a thorough system for my wishlist and give it a hard look multiple times a week. I’m always comparing watches I already have x amount of y kind and so often wanting to trim it.
And this ISL had been on my wishlist for so long and I want other divers so much more, that I decided that it didn’t want it anymore.
Honestly the best thing to do is to flip a coin. Tails for isl, heads for squale. If it lands on heads and you want to flip it again, I would say you know your choice.
