Ulysse Nardine swapping rubber strap with a steel bracelet

Hi everyone, 

I just joined here and happy to become part of the watch community.

I was wondering whether someone has experience with ordering steel bracelet from UN to swap out their rubber ones? I have a UN Diver with rubber strap and want to get my hands on a steel one. I emailed UN about it, but no reply/info for now.
