I live in Spain, when buying from outside of the EU, I estimate around 25% of the price of the item for taxes and import fees, it depends on the declared value of the package and the shipping company fees, but it is usually around that.
You add the 21% VAT in Belgium plus extra customs' fees if I'm not mistaken. I've hesitated to buy secondary market watches from Japan, but I haven't done it yet. I bought my Stowa from an Australian owner on Chrono24. It's my only experience buying outside of the EU until now.
