Watch band stuck in customs

I ordered off Ali express and now my watch band is stuck in customs. Anyone else have that experience and how long before it clears?

Everything I've ever ordered from AliExpress has arrived within the original delivery window regardless of customs. IIRC, customs usually takes about a day.
