Came across this masterpiece as I was reading some Blancpain magazines. I was impressed recently by a Roger Dubuis Excalibur Double Tourbillon, but this just takes the cake. 

Basically, the carrousel has the same function as a tourbillon with a slightly different construction. And Blancpain made a watch with both mechanisms incorporated.
