Yes, it is a delicate Rado DiaStar Integral Mini 153.0283.3 N (which is same as reference R20383162 but that is not written on the back) with 18x22x4-6mm case, black face with gold hour dots, 15mm wide bracelet in gold & black (or very dark blue) ceramic for a max 147mm wrist (did measure 7,35cm with a caliper inside the closed bracelet and it's possible to buy extra links on eBay) with titanium lock...
As new, except tiny micro scratches on the lock and I want only 760 euro, plus any shipping cost... And this classic model cost actually 2086 euro new!

But I got this lovely watch as a pawn for 600 euro from a young Asian girl, who got it from a temporary lover and it's now over 6 years ago, since she last contacted me and I don't even have a working phone number to her... So I have no paper, any box or extra links to the bracelet - only a very low generous price for a "just as new" ultra luxurious watch!

Yes, everything (including the inscription at the back and the officially "black" very dark blue links) look 100% original... And I heard that the only high class fake Rado's (as the one I got as a present) are made for men and have a second hand (!) which the original don't have... Google say also that the fake often use modern X screws, not make perfect smooth ceramic, write Swiss made on the dial (and not Swiss 022 as mine, but later models write now Swiss made) and they not use a 8 number serial number... And the advanced titanium clasp on mine, have also the right part number.
