Helson Sharkmaster 300 flat link bracelet dilemma

Totally confused with the whole fitting a flat link Omega style (Uncle Straps US or Forstner) bracelet to my new Helson Sharkmaster 300. Question 1: Does the Forstner contemporary pre flat link bracelet for Seamaster fit the Helson? Question 2: If it does not fit because of the solid end links used with the Forstner bracelet will the US Speedmaster 40mm hollow end links for flat link bracelet combined with the Forstner flat link bracelet as mentioned above work with the Helson Sharkmaster 300. I have read a lot of articles about the US and Forster flat link bracelet options but no definitive posts about which bracelet will fit the Helson. Many of the posts are old and talk about the difference between the US and the Forstner being the hollow end links on the US, but it seems that the US now also comes with a solid end link for the flat link Seamaster style bracelet. I have no idea if the US Speedmaster flat link hollow end links are compatible with the Helson as was the case supposedly with the previous generation US flat link Seamaster bracelet end links.

I've just order a US flat link bracelet (speedmaster). Think will take a couple of weeks to arrive to the UK. Will post back whether it fits the Helson Sharkmaster 300 or not.
