This is a Louis Erard Regulator:

Essentially (from top to bottom) one of the hands is an hour hand, one is a minutes hand and one is a seconds hand. The longest hand is the minutes hand (central axis).

It's a beautiful piece.

Yes! Thanks for replying and you are absolutely correct. It is a beautiful piece with wonderful light reflection. The design was inspired by the sundial. It is a piece that has not been discussed much, compared with Louis Erard’s other collaborations. I am so glad that you recognized it right away :)(Image failed to load!)

Yes, that is the correct time!  I still cannot read the hour at a glance and need a few seconds to think and confirm ;). I would get the minute first which helps with positioning the hour.   But most of time I look at the dial and not the time ;). Thanks!
