Boldr Venture vs RZE Valor?

Looking for a lightweight beater fieldwatch (also never had anything Titanium, so wanna check that out) that I can wear to the gym, go swimming, and wear on wknds to the mal, on errands...u know, just doing stuff.

Based on research thus far, the Valor wins on scratch resistance (extra coating on Ti), looks, and thinnness, and probably a better movement? The Boldr Venture wins on water resistance (200m vs 100 for the RZE), smaller l2l, but is a bit of a brutalist thickboy?

Price seems to be roughly the same.

6.5" flat wrist, btw... in my experience, 47mm l2l is about the limit for me, and curved lugs work better.

Thoughts?

RZE has a better finish, Boldr has (IMO) better looks. Water resistance doesn't matter above 10 bar.

Personally, I'd take the Boldr, because it has a moderist design that I like (a rarity - I'm a bit conservative). I would count with scratches, but it's a field watch, it's supposed to be a bit raggedy. It is a tad thick, but the looks just win me over. And it has date options.

RZE was founded by a co-founder of Boldr (after they had a falling out). Having tried both in person, I personally would argue for Boldr as they feel more "original" to my point of view.
