I need a part

Hi all you guys and girls out there in crunch land. I have a problem. No, i don't need more cowbells, i need a part for an old watch. I need a 89998741 cursor ring for a Seiko 6138-7000. I got the watch from my mom the last time i visited. It belonged to my dad and was left in his desk drawer. I promise it is for me and me only and would never be sold. I would ask my mom to look for it, but i just lost her too. Don't be sad. She didn't die, just disowned me. Looking for the correct part and wondering if an aftermarket part is really worth having at all. Thanks everyone. Duane........Black Diamond, WA. 98010

I really wish I could help you out on that. A good solution which may even prove cheaper is to have it 3D printed. You'll need to be skilled in CAD yourself or know someone who is or know the dimensions of the part. Maybe look for one on eBay and ask the seller for measurements if it proves to be too pricey.

Take care!

That part always breaks. So old stock is all used up from people decides ago. I can check the old stock at work. It's most likely don't have anymore though.

Sorry checked the old stock I have access to but I don't have that part. Most likely used up a long time ago.
