My local watch dealer has this only piece and is offering a mouth watering price. Though I've seen Louis Erard here and there online, I don't know much about their reliability, workmanship, etc. Anybody has any insights or own any Louis Erard and can let me know their build, reliability, etc - compared to the usual suspects like the Tissot, Oris, etc?
Much appreciated! Thank you!

Just got home the Louis Erard La Sportive automatic version. Solidly built. No play at all anywhere. Dial perfectly aligns at the 12 o clock position. Beautiful, beautiful blue sunburst dial and a subtle orange seconds hand.
Came with a great quality leather strap, but will swap that out to a Nato (any color recommendations?) at a later date. I’d say this has superb workmanship! Wish it had the 7001 hand wind movement for armchair divers like me.
I’ve no idea why this brand is such an underdog? Bad marketing? Bad ownership?
