Hi watch friends!
I am about to graduate soon and I was thinking of rewarding myself with the watch I've desired for a long time. For me watches are more about aesthetics than mechanics, so JLC Reverso quartz makes a lot of sense to me. Because I like doing things by myself, I was wondering if any of you have changed the battery for reverso? Is it a daunting, risky task for such an expensive watch? I have changed batteries for other watches, so what could possibly go wrong?
Thanks for your thoughts!

Plenty can go wrong. This isn't a cheap watch and should be serviced ( even a battery change) by a pro.

It probably is pretty easy tbf. I’m an idiot with hands made of ham but I’ve changed a few watch batteries

So has the OP.
The question concerns doing it on a multi thousand dollar watch.
If the battery change at the AD includes some general cleaning and maintenance, I guess that is definitely worth paying (as it is an expensive watch). But I am also a "D-I-Y" guy, so I am intrigued to do it by myself. I just wonder how it looks inside: whether it looks complicated or not as for making mistakes (I cannot really believe that but well...)
