Forget about dimensions for the mark II. It’s really one of the pieces that need to be seen in the metal. The modified cushion case works for me. I wear 45 mm Panerai on my 71/4 inch wrist and love them . Wish I could be more specific about the mark II but it’s really a piece that may not be for everyone but works great for me.
