I really want to try one on. The only AD is miles away. How does it sit on your wrist compared to, say, an ordinary 39/40mm watch?

It wears big and small: The case is bigger than you would expect from a 41mm, but the dial is relatively small. The overall impression depends a lot on the specific wrist, I think. I personally have a large wrist, so it wears great on me (I can easily wear 43mm and have had multiple 45mm watches on, without them looking too big).
I don't even have a VC AD in my country. Prior to buying this, I reached out to a VC enthusiast community. A very generous guy offered me to try his Overseas on, even borrow it! I'd never even met him before, and that was definitely not a risk I wanted to take. In any case, trying it on was more than enough for me: It definitely delivered. While the dial steals the show, the bracelet is something else in real life. I'm not a bracelet guy, but this is so well done, it's insane.
