When I was looking for an EPD/e-ink watch, I almost pulled the trigger on one of these. I couldn't find it at a price I liked and wasn't convinced if I would wear a Star Wars themed watch. I ended up going with the "next generation" of the watch which has much faster refresh time.

FWIW, EPD's, while incredibly clear, can't really do seconds without killing the battery. The constant refresh also makes the display look a bit wonky. Not the best technology for showing time on the wrist.
