Removing a stuck crown - Reymond Weil

I have a small watch and the crown has stopped moving the hands. It's swiss quartz. I took it apart but can't see any release (not even sure if the whole movement needs changed). Do Quartz watches have a release for the crown? Sorry if this sounds incredibly ignorant!

It's always in the vicinity of where the stem enters the movement and often marked with an arrow or literal text. But any little doodad that looks like it can be depressed (with a pencil point or fine tweezer or small screwdriver) and serves no other apparent function is probably it. Post a pic. Somebody did this with a manual watch earlier this week and it was quickly located.

Thanks! I see it, I think. I'll give it a try tonight, if not I'll pop in a photo
