They made these like 10 years ago, it's a loose Sub homage. It's not a new watch. It has an ETA 2824 so every watchmaker can service it.
It's less then 11mm thick which is nice for a diver.
It features a typo on the dial, it says "professionnal" with double n instead of "professional". I think they mixed it up, it's "professionnel" in French.

It depends on which level of ETA it is..Standard, Elaborated, Top, or Chronometer. But then again depending on how much you spent you probably did okay with it being an ETA movement. Having never seen the watch myself I can't attest to the other components.
