For 25k you can by almost anything you want.Starting from Holy Trinity - Patek Philippe,Audemars Piquet & Vacheron Constantin.

Breguet,Girard-Perregaux,Cartier,Rolex,Lange & sohne,Glashute Original,H.Moser Cie.,Czapek,Chopard,Piaget,Blancpain,Ulysse Nardin and many many more.

Indeed 25k is a lot, especially if EUR or USD... Unless you are saying in INR, which would land at c. 280 EUR (Land of homages, Casio and Seiko 5s)
