I think this G-Shock is fake...

I got this g-shock gbd200 by my relatives that came from India and brought this as a gift. I noticed that the smartwatch features of the gbd200 didn't work/exist so I opened up the back and this is what I saw. I'm guessing it's fake?

First of all, more photos would be helpful and second of all, why do you think it's fake? You haven't given us much to work with.

Being that this model is digital and the battery sticker is for a model with an analog and digital module, I'll say this is no bueno.

First of all, more photos would be helpful and second of all, why do you think it's fake? You haven't given us much to work with.

The inside looks very different from what I've seen on YouTube when opened and also the smartwatch features are non-existent when holding the top left button.(The photo is from a yt video)
