Ingersoll Radiolite Scovill Bronze fun Friday Crunchers, was tempted to do 20 min.in Tomato Ketchup patina removal but after seeing video opted to give it a buff instead 😀 Have a great W/E! (Light buff :-) Note: Ingersoll Radiolite "RADIOLITE’: the first glow in the dark watch in 1919" -An Ingersoll was also my first watch aged about 7 from my beautiful Grandma! (So the brand is special to me).
The first ever glow in the dark watches were created by Ingersoll in 1919 ("Radiolite" see picture the above watch is a bit of a homage to that).
Apparently a Hong Kong company bought up Ingersoll but now if my info. is correct comes under Timex. Uses a Miyota movement but is still pretty accurate, my Radiolite Scovill comes within a few seconds per day. Saw it in a Hong Kong Watch shop number of years ago and bought it to celebrate my first ever Watch which was also an Ingersoll.
Thanks for the history lesson. Love the gilt accents, broad arrow hand and lollipop seconds hand. 🔥 🔥!
