Question: can a rubber bezel be replaced or fixed?

I have a Mido with a white rubber bezel.

It's a great watch but at a certain point I expect the bezel to get stained or damaged.

If this happens what's the expected thing to do? Replace with the same (at Mido?) Or fit a different bezel? Any opinions?
