I had the Maurice Lacroix Aikon 39 in my collection since fall of 2020. My friend had a jewelry store in NJ and was an authorized dealer for ML. I read about it when the 39 version was first released and wanted to see it. I stumbled into his store and tried it right on. At the time he gave me a ridiculous discount and even threw in the leather strap. I bought it on the spot.

At first I was hesitant to wear it a lot because of the homage factor. But eventually this became a mainstay on my wrist. What’s even better is that the easy strap change system makes interchanging straps a breeze.

I highly recommend this piece especially if you can get a discount on it from an AD. Would I trade it in for a CW 12, no. The 39mm fits perfectly on my wrist.

Nice watch! I have the same one! How do you find the rubber strap? Does it hug your wrist? What size is your wrist? Considering getting the rubber strap for me 39mm Aikon.

Rubber strap is comfortable especially in the dessert in Las Vegas. The strap system makes it even easier to swap out. Highly recommended.

I also got an Aikon Venturer 38mm in green with bracelet and rubber strap a few days ago. Check out my post from yesterday. What do you think?
