Ya, this watch is a strange one as it’s not really a skeleton or open heart. It’s really all in the name. PanoMatic”Inverse”. They more or less reversed part the movement to display the bridges, balance wheel, hairspring & swan neck regulators. It still has an exhibition caseback too. It’s such a unique timepiece.
