Engagement Watches
When my husband and I were dating, I told him that I wasn't really into engagement rings. I'm just a very practical woman and I always have been. We opted instead for matching engagement watches. We were so broke when we got married. I was still in college, we were at the beginning of our careers. And we were paying for our wedding ourselves. These were the most expensive watches that we could afford. But 21 years later, we are still together. I recently got my watched cleaned and refurbished and now it works and looks like it hasn't aged a day, even if we look like we've aged 21 years.

Congratulations on 21 years!
I really want to devise a tag for decades old quartz fashion watches that are still kicking and looking great, just to throw at the people that insist they will self-destruct within a few years.
I think this style aged well. I'm glad these were not discarded for newfound baubles or just relinquished to a junk drawer.
