Censored or edited? Paul Thorpe covered a lot of ground as to the reasons for watch crime in London. The reasons he states as being contributary factors in the problem, can't be covered in a few minutes. All they were looking for from him was a soundbite. Had they considered him of real value they'd have had him in the studio talking about it in full detail.
