I got this Haim Legacy chrono last year while attending the District Time Watch show in DC. Haim is a small watch company based in Chicago. Mine is a manual wind but they also use Meca Quartz and a customized automatic. They have versions with Arabized dials as well.

Thanks Danilo. The straps are from Vinacreations. They make all kinds of straps using croc, alligator, ostrich, etc.
