Are laureato prices sky rocketing?

Hi everyone,

I almost bought a Girard perregaux Laureato last Christmas but couldn’t justify spending more than 10k on a watch.

I still look at prices on used market and I see some insane offers recently. Has the Laureato entered the club of  this bubble market watches?

I wouldn't call it a bubble.  I would call it "rational gambling."  I mean, who doesn't LOVE to gamble???  

Yes, the Laureato is now selling for above MSRP.  The question on everyone's minds is, "Do I buy one now, and offload it to someone else and make a quick buck?  Or, do I get stuck holding it and lose my shirt?  Or...  do I go buy some Gamestop stock instead, because that's even more volatile and fun?"
