What are your experiences with DLC watches? It’s often used to (in theory) protect titanium or just add a different looks. But as it shows scratches more prominently does it end up creating more problems than it prevents? Has it made you baby a watch more than you would if it could just be polished? Are some brands/types better than others?

I’ve had one DLC watch and actually found the coating to be pretty good, much better than the pvd coatings.
Got two Willards that are my "G-Shock" style beaters and their DLC coating is one of their best features imho. Both are still pristine!
Just wanted to thank everyone for their input here. I went for the Panerai and it's now one of my favorites. Appreciate all your help!
