Anyone able to offer insight into identifying this watch?

I picked up this thing at an estate sale for 30 bucks, and I was intrigued by it. It wasn't in half bad condition beyond some case nicks and scratches.

I've given it an 18 mm strap I had laying around because the origional black leather strap was half rotten. It needed a battery change but it runs fine now. I don't think this thing was opened ever to change it's battery before I attempted it. The crystal does not feel like acryllic, and has no marks or scuffs.

I can tell it's made of 18k from the outer and inner case markings, and it's dial has these raised Roman numerals, and half brushed, half polished dauphine hands. The dial also has this wavy "vinyl" lines. The crown has this blue "Jewel" that might just be glass.

Measurements are 35 mm, 37.5 with the crown, 42 mm lug to lug, and 7 mm thick

I can find watches with similar case shapes but with chaptering on the inner dials is painted black and they all have chaptering lines unlike this mystery.

Any help in identifying a model number would be appreciated just to satisfy my curiosity
